A few weeks back we sent out a notice about activating two-factor authentication on every Quotemonster login. Two-factor authentication is an essential tool to ensure the security and privacy of your client data.
This has now been implemented and you can secure your account before the silly season begins by using either email or authentication app verification. Please note that if you run into any issues, there is a temporary skip button. But we suggest you get familiar with two-factor now – so the transition is easy when the skip option is removed in the New Year.
Please feel free to reach out to us to discuss your options if your account is being shared by multiple advisers, as the last thing we would want is for you to be locked out when sitting in front of your client. We have options to get them sorted with their own accounts.
Along with this, you’ll notice that full surnames are back and a new feature called Quote Wizard (click here for more information).
