*NEW* feature: Get Remote Assistance is now live!

In line with our aim to protect our user’s privacy and data, we have recently added a new function called Get Remote Assistance. Please refresh your screen to ensure your version of Quotemonster reflects this new feature. Once we have verified our user via email or phone, we will request authority to be able to login to your account and assist with your query. You will need to check the box if you authorise us to do so, and we will only request this in certain situations, such as: 

  • To enable you to match a price or check a price with you.
  • To help with any technical issues you may experience.

We would also like to mention that doing so does not allow us to view or update any of your account or credit card information (where applicable). All credit card information is held by a third-party provider via PayStation and we are unable to see secure information when logging into your account.

Please note the authority will be reset every seven (7) days.
