Important website upgrades!

Our IT team have made some monstrously good upgrades to Quotemonster recently and we are delighted to have completed the last step in our two-factor authentication (2FA) activation process. These updates include: 

  • The SKIP 2FA option has been removed and all Quotemonster users are required to authenticate their devices. You can manage your devices in the Login Devices Management screen. To access this, please click the account name on the top right of your screen, scroll down to Security Settings and select Login Devices Management. Here, devices can be renamed and deleted, we have allowed for up to four devices per subscription.

  • 2FA has been activated on all Admin and Compliance accounts. We currently offer two authentication methods – email and Microsoft or Google authentication apps. These users can have a maximum of two devices.

  • Admin users can reset their passwords in the PA Security Settings screen.

  • Admin users can manage their devices in the PA Login Devices Management screen. To access this, please click the account name on the top right of your screen, scroll down to PA Security Settings and select PA Login Devices Management. Here, devices can be renamed and deleted, we have allowed for up to two devices per admin subscription.

  • *NEW* feature in testing: in line with our aim to protect our user’s privacy and data, we are interested in adding a new function called Get Remote Assistance. Once we have verified our user, we will request authority to be able to login to your account and assist with your query. You’ll need to select the box if you authorize us to do so. This will be reset every fortnight.

  • We now have a timestamp for each quote under Recent Saved Quotes.

  • You can now update the billing details that appear on your invoice, such as your business name and include an email address for all invoices to be cc’d into.
