We note from the latest notification from the FMA that Insurance is classified as an essential service. As we are an online business we will be fully operational and all advisers will be able to access their account as normal. However, in order to protect our staff our office has closed and all staff are working from home.
What does this mean for you?
You will still interact with us as you normally have been via phone, email, or contact button on the website – however, please note that we will be reduced to one phone line so if you have any problems you are best to send us a message via the website.
We understand that during periods like this the work load for advisers increases as you support your clients wellbeing. Rest assured we will also be fully committed to supporting you moving forward.
