Only quoting one benefit but the plan rating has a different star rating?

We have had a few calls recently to say that the adviser is only quoting one benefit, Health for example, but the ‘Plan Rating’ on the report has different scores.

You will see in the screenshots below that for Health AIA have a ‘% of highest’ score of 98%, but in the package rating below it they have been boosted up to 100%. In the example below we have included ‘AIA Vitality’ in the Settings screen and therefore we now have a new “Wellness” rating factor on the Plan Rating which is causing the shift in scores.

If you were not meant to include AIA Vitality in the quote you can remove it by going to the 'Settings' screen and unselecting it. You will then need to re-generate the report and you will now get the same scores for Health Ratings and the Plan Ratings.
