  1. Why are you making changes to the free service?

We are looking to offer some additional services to ensure the platform is fit for purpose in the new regulatory environment. As part of this we need to move to a full report service and introduce a Statement of Advice option.

  1. Can I still get product pricing for Insurers in the free service?

Yes you can. You will be able to create a report which looks like this on screen (Report on screen) and also download a pdf report which looks like this (PDF report)

  1. I am a current subscription user what are the changes for me?

Nothing will change for current subscribers.

  1. How do I go about starting a subscription?

You can call us on (09) 480 6071 or email [email protected]. Alternatively you can click on the 'Subscriptions' button on the dashboard.

  1. When will the changes happen?

​The change in service will occur on the 1 March 2018 however you will be able to start a 14 day free trial for the full research service at any tme.

  1. When will the special offer finish and how do I take advantage of it?

  1. How do I learn about how to use the subscription service to see if it is right for me?
