Estimates of future premiums are just that – estimates – and are subject to assumptions about numerous factors. Insurers each have different approaches to illustrating what future premiums might be. We have had to create our own approach so that we can standardise and allow a measure of comparison between insurers. They are just an indication of how the rate for your cover is likely to change over time.
