As of 1 December, Southern Cross is providing all Southern Cross members (regardless of plan type) with access to unlimited free online doctor consultations via CareHQ, and 3 free mental health sessions for counselling or wellbeing coaching with Raise. The Raise counselling or wellbeing coaching sessions normally cost $140 per consult, and sessions can be carried out virtually or face-to-face (Covid levels permitting). This is an initiative that will run through until 31 March 2022.
